The outset of his insurance career came in 2014 as a liability adjuster for one of the country’s largest carriers. A professional “home” was quickly found to utilize his analytical and investigative mind. 

After several years, prior management experiences, ambitions of unencumbered growth, all led to a jump into the “independent agency” side of insurance. Starting with a focus on personal insurance in the Texas Gulf, horizons then broadened to include focus on high-net worth individual markets & Farm & Ranch coverage. 

To say there wasn’t a personal & professional mentor to help steer his ship would be dishonest though. So, in 2020 Jeremy joined said mentor, Travis Middleton of TradeMark Insurance Agency, LLC, to help create TradeMark Insurance Property & Casualty Agency (TMIPCA). As an established, respected Life & Health Agency, TMIA could now further assist its business & personal clients by giving them one place to handle any insurance needs.

Since generally, a jack of all trades is a master of none, Jeremy’s professional focuses are in the following:

Throughout the entirety of her insurance career, Caitlin has been involved in the procurement and servicing of Employee Benefits. Beginning as an account manager, Caitlin has risen to her current position overseeing the entirety of her department. Caitlin’s personal, detail-oriented approach to Employee Benefits enables her to effectively educate clients who want to know every facet of their Benefits, or completely manage for those who prefer to delegate and take a “hands-off” approach.
